Cindy has been in commercial real estate for over 25 years working in both Property and Facilities Management where she has developed an extensive background in accounting and financial reporting.  Her management experience includes high rise, office, industrial / flex warehouse, retail, associations, and raw land. Throughout the years, Cindy has been responsible for the oversight of construction and development projects, project management, lease negotiations, vendor and contract management, CAM reconciliations, and disaster recovery planning and implementation.

Cindy is a Past President of CREW Jacksonville, a past board member of IFMA, an active member of BOMA where she has earned both her RPA and FMA designations, a current IREM CPM candidate, and has been a member of the CREW Network Audit Committee for five years.  She is also a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor, and a licensed Florida CAM who is actively involved in NEFAR as a member of the 2022 Leadership Academy. Cindy represents the Florida Association of Realtors as a 2023 Commercial Alliance of Realtors committee member and member of the Board of Directors. 

Caitie specializes in residential real estate and management.  She also focuses on our bookkeeping for our transportation and logistics clients as she has over 10 years experience in the transportation and logistics industry.  She started her career handling the day to day accounting and office management for two family owned businesses that specialize in the leasing of refrigerated trailers, overseeing dedicated truckers and the delivery of their loads, and brokering loads for trucking companies.  Caitie has spent the past six years in the corporate world where she gained experience as an Asset Management Analyst in the hospital & health care industry. 

Caitie is a Florida licensed Sales Associate and has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and is Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified.  

Aubrien has a little over two years in administrative and bookkeeping experience.  She started her career as a Security Supervisor at Allied Security overseeing building security for a major downtown Jacksonville high rise and has spent the last two years as an office administrator for a transportation and logistics company. 

Aubrien is pursuing a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice at FSCJ.  She is also working to obtain her CAM License and Sales Associate License.
